They walk to the center part of the park where there is a smaller white open building that is a rose garden. The door is locked, and looking inside everything looks dead. At exactly 6pm they hear a click, and the gate unlocks. Carter opens the gate and steps through, as he steps through it looks completely different, everything is in bloom. Everyone else follows. Towards the back we see about five of the witches that they have meet before. The gate shut behind the last person. They usher the group in further and guide them to some benches.
The witches notice that gator is a new face in the group and greet him. The witches all introduce themselves: Lilly, Rose, Jared, Holly, Iris, Heather, Aster, Marigold and William. She tells carter to think very hard about the flower being restored and beautiful. Then He will touch it to try and grow is back. Carter takes hold of the flower, and is concentrating very hard. The flower starts to glow with a white light. The flower starts to repair itself. It turns into a large beautiful fully bloomed rose. Carter feels a little drained. While this was happening the ring carter put on glowed. Cater decides that this is a plan he wants to go on and he is told he is a natural.
Mina puts the ring on and concentrates. Nothing happens. Rose says she is sorry but it is not natural for you. Same for Marcus. And gator. Tony passes and does not want to be tested. Cal seems to have an effect that makes the ring want to come off him.

Before the learning can begin there has to be a pact of do no harm to the witches present who will train and give the knowledge. The witches take action to get the pact ritual ready. The skulls will sit outside the circle. A parchment paper is brought in, and one is writing some things on it. Another is grinding things up in a bowl. A blood donation is needed by all. Cal volunteers first. Carter is last. The witches also cut their hands and add it to the bowl. Cal reads the parchment. A quill is dipped in the blood concoction and each is asked to sign. The witches also sign. Witches ask all to enter the circle and the witches start speaking in Latin to cast a spell. The bowl goes up in green flames, as well as the signatures.
Carter will be assigned a teacher, and can start once our BOO is compelled. A gate can be developed that would give a direct link between the coven and the BOO. The witches can also help to ward the BOO from magical attacks.
There's about 5 weeks before the BOO is set to be done. Time to work some cases in the meantime.
